how to jog
If you want to jog first you need is confidence and you need to believe in yourself. Now start slowly pacing breath in and out into your nose and out your mouth. You may get cramps but do not stop running. I think I can, I think I can. Look at a object that is very far away from you as far as the eye can see. No matter what gets in your way do not stop pacing only if you are in danger. try to set a goal and FINISH IT!!!!!!! You will be very proud of yourself when you are done.

Hi Ali I know what you mean, I love running and after I run a long length I feel proud. I try and beat how long I ran at my fastest the last time I had ran, no matter how many cramps I get.
