usa is doing pretty good

USA is doing pretty good in the world cup this year. They are still in the qualification route but they have a pretty good chance of winning. Howard is the goalkeeper; best player on the team according to FIFA. I hope USA wins!!!!!!!!!!

World Cup

So far the world cup is going pretty well for the USA. They tied and somehow they one(my best guest was they ended on the other side of the field or they held the most possession in that game.). This is the part that really struck me though. There was a game that was Germany VS. Australia and Germany won 6-0. I truly think that Germany is going to win the world cup.

Dynamo vs. Red Bulls

This game started out as Red bulls winning 1-o. then Dynamo's forward shot of a rebound and scored a goal. The next forty minutes the possession was equal and then it was three minute's away from the end of the game. Then Dynamo fouled Juan Pablo Angel and Angel took a FK from the halfway line and he shot. Amazingly it hit the inner side of the left post and went in. The goally must have been possessed with something because he could have saved that easily.

Yankees vs. Twins

O.K. this game was intense. First the Yankees were able to get three points in the beginning and the Twins managed to get one. Now here is when you might want a water break. So after that a guy from the Twins got a hit on the grand slam and received five points for his team(it's weird because you usually get four points). That was the end of that game. Go Yankees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

seattle sonic sounders FC vs. new york red bulls

Yesterday I saw this really cool sports channel that shows all sports(baseball,soccer,football la crosse,Wugbee) and I saw the game sonic sounders and red bulls and sat down and watched the whole game (just to let you know this channel is on channel 27 if you have Time Warner Cable and have regular cable). The sounders won 1-0 and there was a shoving fight. Although there was a shoving fight it turned out to be a really good soccer match. Monterro scored the winning goal and that was the end. Go red bulls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yankees vs. white sox in the past week

Last week there was a Yankee's game vs. White Sox game and Yankee's won 12-3. White Sox got creamed very badly when the over-confident batter struck out and the people in the seats with their faces half painted started cursing and swearing. All I have to say now is go Yankees!

baseball:mets 20 inning game

You guys all know about the 20 inning game played by the Mets and the Cardinals, right? Well, yeah obviously the Mets won. The game was 2-1. Great game in fact. The scores started tallying up by the end of the game. The Cardinals were really stupid to use 3 ordinary base players as a pitcher. Too bad. Thanks for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

usa vs. canada hockey match

It's too bad that USA lost in the Olympic hockey match. It was a tie during the game so they had to play overtime. Then, Sidney Crosby scored and Canada won the hockey game (overtime). It probably sounds like I'm depressed here but I really just want to let fans know which country won the game and who scored the winning goal. who was the best player?

Ted Williams batting avg. was 344. in total. he was also the last person to bat over 400. he actually hit 406. But Babe Ruth led the U.S.A in home run hitting until Barry Bonds and Hank Aron rolled in to town. so here's the question. who's better?the splendid splinter(Ted Williams)or the great banbino (babe Ruth). The red sox just lost there back-up catcher,Kevin Cash, witch is good for the Yankees because, that was the team he went to.The Yankees also got Mark Teshara,and the red sox wanted him.

The World Seires

I cannot believe that the Philadelphia Phillies actually won the world series !!! And against the mighty Tampa bay rays!!! But still,It was the rays first time in baseball history that the rays were in the championship series in their history! Actually,it was their first time in the playoffs! Personally I find that quite amazing.
