jogging
I love to jog especially on the beach. I have a beach house and i love to go jogging on the beach every day. I go jogging to a lighthouse it is six miles there and six miles back. I feel free I feel like I just run away from all my troubles. When the sun is out it is the best time to go for a run. I always look for seaglass which is glass that is not sharp.

the dreadful saturday
It was a normal Saturday with my karate class and we went pacing for 4 miles in central park. I remember the high hills that got me so exhausted but my mother was worse. Every time you are going to do a hard sport practice for it and do your very best at it. That is what makes a sport a good sport.

how to jog
If you want to jog first you need is confidence and you need to believe in yourself. Now start slowly pacing breath in and out into your nose and out your mouth. You may get cramps but do not stop running. I think I can, I think I can. Look at a object that is very far away from you as far as the eye can see. No matter what gets in your way do not stop pacing only if you are in danger. try to set a goal and FINISH IT!!!!!!! You will be very proud of yourself when you are done.
