how to learn to get used to sports.

 wake up early in  the morning for the day, eat healthy food and start  pacing  slowly when you  are  used to it   you will run faster, but if you do not like pacing  DO SOMETHING EVEN HARDER LIKE  CRUNCHES  OR PUSHUPS!!!!!!  you should always sleep well even though your favorite  TV  show is on. the most important rule is to have  fun! Just playing it is about pushing your limit!!!!!
