Floor Hockey

Have you ever heard of floor hockey? It is a kids club here at 116, i am in it actually, it is really fun and it is a great workout! It is taught by a cool teacher too, James from recess, check it out!

SPORTS ARE EXERSISE

Sports are fun, and they are good exersise. In baseball, you run, in football you run, and in tennis you run. There are alot of other sports in which you get exersise, ping pong, soccer, basketball, cricket, golf, tag, these are all great examples of how you can get exersise

BASEBALL ALL THE TIME

As you might know, baseball season  has started and teams have been playing the Mets are on a winning-losing streak. The team has lost Billy Wagner due to an injury that requires elbow surgery. The Mets miss having Wagner on the field but are managing without him. i found this picture, look at it's awesomeness! This is a picture of Shay stadium, before the Mets won of course!

Baseball season

As you blog readers probably know, baseball season has started, and teams can play now.I actually saw a few games already. Now that baseball season has started you can buy tickets you can go to mets.com right now and click on tickets, then ask your parent about  the rest             {this includes having to pay with a credit card}

RESEARCH

If you read my last blog, you probably know what this blog is about. This blog is about my new question. My question is: because men are usually bigger, does that mean that they are better at sports? According to my research, women are abused because some men are sexist. A majority of my research said that women can do whatever a man can do. Women have the same blood vessels, they have the same amount of blood in their bodies, so why do people think that boys are better than girls? I have part of the answer. Women usually don't play sports like football and baseball, they do ballet and things like that. Because of this girls don't have so much experience, and when they are little kids, they grow up not doing sports, and when the little boys in the world grow up, they play baseball, and grow up to be better than girls. MY BETTER QUESTION

Basketball is a fun and global sport, but  some people think it is NOT fun, how lame is that?! There is a Basketball league for women and men. Some people think that because men are bigger, they are better, i think this is not true, but it is your opinion that matters, what do you think, comment your answers and i will find info and put it in a blog.  

The biggest sport in history {read!}

    There are many sports in the world, but not as big as the very popular sport, rock climbing. 

Rock climbing is not a contact sport, but it still requires skill and strategy. In order to do rock climbing, you need the  right equipment. Ropes are important, because you need something to hold on to. You also need a helmet for rock climbing because you don't want to fall off a cliff with no helmet. If you want to see a rock climber in action look at the picture right above this sentence.

Baseball teams, baseball games, baseball tickets, etc. A lot of people are against baseball because they think it's dangerous, but it is not. Rookies

I think the Mets are the coolest baseball team in the history of the history of the world, as i said before, they are seniors, not rookies like everybody thinks. want to see rookies, look at any other team that does not have as awesome players as the mets. Here are some facts you probably did not know about the mets,

1. they're love for baseball is so strong. they don't just play for the money you know!

WARNING; this blog might be frightening to the young and elderly

Thanks to that scary WARNING i am happy and ready to start this blog.

When i went to Florida, i saw the Cardinal baseball team practicing. And later i saw the team at a restaurant, and i got an autograph. it was so cool!!


When i saw them practicing i snuck away and saw a big empty field, from the view i saw it was the prettiest thing i will ever see in my life!
If you are wondering why the cardinals were practicing in Florida, that is because the field they got assigned to was located there

Little facts

The Rangers are one of the oldest teams in the NHL so i think they have a lot of experience so they must have technique and strategy, and thats what wins in the end. So this is one of the facts i will post in future blogs.

Truth on the Rangers

Everybody knows about the New york Hockey team the Rangers, and you know about my question about them, are they good or bad? Well, turns out, no Hockey team in the world has ever been good, well they have been good, but not generally good, everybody has their good and bad days, but the Rangers are good most of the time. The player stats are good but the can have bad days.

DANGER DANGER!!!

Most of you have gone to a Florida over the break. And you have most likely gone swimming in the Ocean and if some people tell you that there are dangerous Marine life in the Ocean, and you are wondering what animals or mammals could be dangerous, they mean Man Of War. That means jelly fish.I got stung by a jelly fish and here are some cures.



1. put vinegar on the sting
2.soak in the hottest water possible

By the way, the pain is intense but it only lasts for one hour

Jelly fish are blue bubbles with long purple tentacles, and its O.K if you are a little dramatic, it hurts!

VICTORY!!!

Even though i was not rooting for them, i am glad that the Steelers won the superbowl, it was a close but fair battle between these two teams. The Cardinals were disappointed, but the Steelers are living the dream and going to disney world

Yankees

Alright, i know that at a time like this, there is no time to be talking about baseball since the superbowl was not long ago. I know that in the past i have written a lot about the Mets, but i like the Yankees too, i even think the Yankees are a Little bit better, they have better players [no offense David Wright] with better stats [still no offense] I actually did a little survey, and here are the results.

the Mets are a good team and can meet up tot the level compacity of the fairly good Yankees but might not happen.

do have more intrest in the Yankees than the mets

Research

After looking at stats, i can assume that the rangers are a very talented team but are equal with other teams like the Islanders the Islanders are a good team but maybe they are not as good as the Rangers. The Rangers are a talented and gifted team but the Rangers can shift up to their level of ability. I am going to continue the search for facts so watch out for the cold- hard facts, not cash!
